This morning was an absolute delight to be able to join Maia with her #Masters team at #Brighton #SwimmingClub. The workout was the most intense one I have done in the last 6 weeks, just a tad over 4,000 meters. There was a great deal of variety throughout the entire workout. We had some fun finishing up with race 25s off the blocks.
This is #Pool #602, quite a nice center that has been well maintained, especially considering that it dates to the 1970s.
Thanks and shout out to Coach Andy for a great training session and for the open arms and warm welcome from the team.
We had even more fun at the post-workout breakfast on a rooftop patio!
