Between my new forearm rehab work, some shoulder "pre-hab" work I've been doing for the last decade, some light core work and even lighter weights, I had a solid 50 minute session followed by 20 minutes of relaxing yoga.
An excellent way to kickoff the long weekend here in the UK.
