Dragging ... not a Dragon

After my bonk on something long and freestyle-centric yesterday, I planned a shorter, IM-oriented workout today, a variation on a workout I had done on November 1st, 2014:

I actually switched up the main set a bit going ...

  • Fly on the 25s on round 1 and round 2

  • Backstroke on all of the 200s

  • Breast on the 25s on round 3

... and then ran out of time to do the fourth round, but I at least threw in another 50 at the end so I got to 3,500 yards for the workout.

Not a single time was noteworthy ...
